The short version: velzo is free, we work hard on accuracy but can’t guarantee it, don’t abuse the service, and our content is ours. The binding detail follows.

1. Agreement

velzo (velzo.app) is operated by Mikheil Andguladze (“we”, “us”). By using velzo you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service — there’s no account to close; simply stop visiting.

2. The service

velzo is a free language-learning website: vocabulary cards with example sentences, illustrations, and translations. No registration is required or possible. We may change, add, pause, or remove features or content at any time, and while we aim for high availability, we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Content accuracy — please read this one

velzo’s content is generated with AI and reviewed by humans before publishing. We cross-check translations and review cards (100% human review for English ↔ Georgian), but language is nuanced and errors are possible. velzo is a learning aid:

• it is not professional translation, legal, medical, or official advice;
• do not rely on it where a translation error could cause harm or loss — official documents, contracts, medical or safety contexts;
• if you find a mistake, please report it so we can fix it for everyone.

4. Acceptable use

Use velzo as a normal visitor with a browser. You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy the content or catalog;
• overload, disrupt, probe, or attempt to breach the service or its security;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose, or misrepresent velzo content as your own or as certified translation;
• republish our cards, sentences, or illustrations without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The velzo name, logo, design, and the content we publish — example sentences, illustrations, card compositions, and page design — belong to Mikheil Andguladze or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive license to view and use the content for your own learning. Words and facts of a language belong to everyone; our particular expression of them does not.

6. No warranty

velzo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content — to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikheil Andguladze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this free service, including damages resulting from reliance on translated content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as liability for intent or gross negligence where applicable).

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence remains unaffected.
